Pork Rogan Josh

Ingredients

800g Pork Fillet
8 Cardamom Pods
6 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Onions
3 Peppers
5 Carrots
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Easy Chillies
2 Cubes Frozen Garlic
2 Cubes Frozen Ginger
1 Carton Passata
250ml Water
1 Knorr Zero Salt Stock Cube
100g Light Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 tsp Oil

Steps

1 Dice the pork and brown in a little oil in the slow cooker pan. Take out and set aside.
2 Add sliced onions and all dry spices. Fry until onions become soft and golden. Add sliced peppers, diced carrot, chilli, garlic and ginger. Cook for another few minutes.
3 Add the pork, Pasatta, puree, water, stock cube, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and slow cook for around 5hrs
4 Add the yogurt, heat through and serve.
