Steps

Dice the pork and brown in a little oil in the slow cooker pan. Take out and set aside.

Add sliced onions and all dry spices. Fry until onions become soft and golden. Add sliced peppers, diced carrot, chilli, garlic and ginger. Cook for another few minutes.

Add the pork, Pasatta, puree, water, stock cube, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and slow cook for around 5hrs

Add the yogurt, heat through and serve.
